Drove twenty miles on a blowout to get here and get it changed . Was told it would be and hour and a half . I was next . Two hrs later after waiting and the truck before me was done I was told that they were closing down the shop and going on a road call . They abandoned me right at the shop door and left on a road call . At that time it was to late to go anywhere else every where I called was closed or would be before I could get there . If they would of told me they couldn't get to me today when I got there I could of went somewhere else . This place caused me to miss my delivery and had to deliver late the next day . I was told by the love's manager that the corporate policy is to take road calls before any one at the shop . Been driving truck for twenty five yrs and I've never seen anything like this . Never come to a loves speed co . I use to go to speed co shops before loves bought them out they were great shops to go to now everyone of them are just garbage staffed and run by people who don't give a shit . Again never come to a speed Co or a loves worst truck stops in America .

This place check in 6:00 right they are opening to do a PM in my truck they say is already 3 hours waiting this young guy started to be mean ask for price to do a PM he didn’t know estimated I ask him for price just the filters he say need part number after he have my vim them He say I need call the dealership know the dealership is close he ask me to move my truck where am parked he’s didn’t want sale just the filters there was another guy was coating me prive bettew 700$ for oil change on international A26 now I understand this 2.5 review in you shop body I had to leave without filters price and oil change because this employee was extremely rude to me

Came for a PM and tires. Took almost 6hours to complete. One guy only in shop trying to multitask all trucks needing services. Nice folks. Did everything I needed done to truck so I was happy. Just wish it didn’t take so long. Get the shop some help loves, they seem to be short handed. Anyway the store was clean. Nice folks inside there too. Lots of items on sale at the moment. Think they have a Wendy’s inside. Showers are nice and big and also clean. Hot water too.

The worst shap, I don't recommend coming here, they told me to wait 5 hours, and after 5 hours they told me to wait another 2 hours. The most irresponsible shap in the world. If I had the opportunity, I would leave the best review from all accounts, believe me, they wasted my time, the worst ball in the world!!!!!!!!! Never come to them, that's my advice to you.!!

Not 24hr and I had a dot inspection done after waiting 2 days to get in! They are a complete money grab here. They pushed on a chip in my windshield causing it to spider crack and left a grease finger print, also reported it had a tire that was out of compliance for dot and also my brakes and drums are bad. Funny thing is I just had all new tires put on the truck and new brakes and drums. This place is a joke save your money go to sapp brothers. The "mechanics" here are also paid commission on part sales.
